1. What The Syndicate is

The Syndicate is an informational sports research service. We publish odds collected from licensed sportsbooks, statistics from public data feeds, and model-generated opinions about games and player props. The Syndicate does not accept, place, or facilitate wagers of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age for sports wagering in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use The Syndicate. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that using sports research services is lawful where you live.

3. No guarantees

Picks, confidence figures, edges, trends, and parlay suggestions are opinions produced by a statistical model. Past performance does not predict future results. Sports outcomes are uncertain and you can lose money wagering. You alone are responsible for any decision you make based on information from The Syndicate.

4. Accuracy of data

We work to keep odds, lines, injuries, and statistics current, but data is delayed and may contain errors. Always confirm a line with the sportsbook before placing a wager. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate or delayed data.

5. Membership and billing

Pro membership is billed monthly through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. New members receive a 7-day free trial; you may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. You can cancel from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute The Syndicate data or picks, share your account, or use the service to operate a competing product. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. Questions: reply to any email from The Syndicate or use the contact address shown in your account.
